Remote Sales Representative

We are looking for a candidate with phone experience in sales, who is fluent in both spoken and written English. This is a remote job position with a call center feel, so if you are dependable with an excellent work ethic, and a distraction-free workspace, you can work from the comfort of your own home.

This is a fixed-term employment contract from February to September. The role may be extended or converted to regular employment based on performance and business needs. You’ll undergo structured sales training and receive continuous coaching throughout the ramp-up period.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage inbound and outbound warm calls (approx. 200+ weekly).
  • Handle calls lasting 6–15 minutes to close new customers, explain LawnStarter’s services, and upsell recurring plans.
  • Meet and exceed sales metrics and quality standards.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with U.S. customers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and uphold data protection policies.

Work Schedule

Operations run Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–12:00 AM CST, and Saturday–Sunday, 8:00 AM–10:00 PM CST.

You will render a minimum of forty (40) hours of work per week or as may be required by the operational schedule.
