Location: London; New York or Remote U.S

On-Site/Remote | Full-time

Compensation: $150K – $200K • Offers Equity • £110K - £150K

Our client is an AI-native Third-Party Administrator (TPA) that is redefining how claims operations are managed globally. Backed by some of the world's most prestigious investment funds—including Y Combinator, Atomico, and Eurazeo—our client manages claims operations across the US, UK, and Europe for leading MGAs, publicly traded companies, and household insurer names.

By combining elite claims talent with proprietary AI systems, our client delivers drastically faster resolutions, lower leakage, and a fundamentally superior, empathetic customer experience across multiple lines of business (including auto, property, travel, gadget, pet, renters, and liability).

Our client is seeking an ambitious, hands-on Head of Claims to lead, redesign, and scale their global claims function. This is not a traditional insurance leadership role. This position is designed for an operational and technical strategist who views claims as a product, technical, and operational challenge rather than just a people-management task. The successful candidate will rebuild claims processes from first principles, establish global standards, and work closely with the founding, product, and engineering teams to integrate cutting-edge AI workflows.

Account Executive

posted by: spj_bot

Location: New York City, US

On-site | Full-time

Compensation: $100K - $200K (OTE: $300K - $400K)

We are hiring on behalf of our client who is seeking an entrepreneurial and high-tempo Account Executive to build their sales organization from the ground up. Backed by top-tier global venture capital firms (including Y Combinator, Atomico, and Eurazeo) and managing over $100M in insurance premiums, our client is disrupting the $200B Third-Party Administration (TPA) industry. They pair an exceptional, in-house claims team with a proprietary, state-of-the-art AI platform to deliver up to 3× faster claims processing, elite customer support, and unmatched unit economics for risk carriers.

In this high-impact, foundational GTM leadership role, the successful candidate will work directly with the Chief Executive Officer to design, build, and run the GTM engine. The position requires a player-coach mentality: owning high-stakes enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to close with Managing General Agents (MGAs) and global insurers, while establishing the scalable infrastructure and sales processes needed to hire and lead a world-class team as the company scales toward $1B in managed premiums.

Our client operates a highly collaborative, high-intensity, and in-office culture. This position is based full-time (5 days per week) in their New York City office.
