Head of Growth - Institutional On-Chain Liquidity Layer

Location: Remote - US - Would consider South America or Canada + Preference for onsite/hybrid in LA

Compensation: $200K - $225K

We are a venture-backed on-chain financial infrastructure company building the liquidity layer for the tokenized economy, backed by leading investors. Our flagship protocol, deployed across multiple chains, connects tokenized real-world assets (RWAs) and high-quality stablecoins to enable 24/7, real-time, compliant capital movement for institutions. Live in production with partners including major global asset managers, we are seeking our first dedicated Head of Growth to own institutional and DeFi adoption and turn product-market fit into repeatable revenue.

Reporting directly to the Founder/CEO, you will be the core GTM leader, responsible for building the revenue engine across enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem development globally. This is a highly hands-on role where you will define the strategy, own the pipeline and forecast, design scalable playbooks, and close lighthouse deals across exchanges, stablecoin issuers, asset managers, and corporate treasuries.

We provide a suite of developer tools and a prover network, currently supporting the RISC Zero zkVM. We are seeking a talented CTO/Engineering Lead to build and scale our engineering team.

As the technical leader, you will be critical in helping us shape the future of verifiable computation on Solana, ensuring we develop the most performant, scalable, and decentralized computation network.
