Staff Backend Engineer: High-Frequency Trading Systems

The Staff Backend Engineer will be responsible for architecting, building, and maintaining the core trading infrastructure. This role focuses on low-latency, high-throughput systems that sit directly in the execution path, operating close to real money and high market risk.

You will be responsible for delivering software services, business logic, and APIs within the core Consensus Node—the heart of our DLT. • Preference will be given to candidates located in the Plano, TX or Purchase, NY area and are able to be in office on a hybrid schedule

• Support the global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) program to identify and validate data sources to fulfill IBP requirements.

• Identify data sources and partner with business and tech teams to address gaps; check that joining of different data sources generates a meaningful final dataset for a particular use case.

• Perform trend and/or pattern analysis

• Support source to target mapping (STTM)

• Conduct business-facing, data quality rule definition and capture

• Complete data cataloging for assigned assets while adhering to global governance standards
