You will work directly with the product team, owning the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical services that power our next-generation financial platform. Your focus will be on building scalable, robust backend systems that handle core banking functions, blockchain integrations, and serve data to our mobile and web applications.

Protocol Backend Engineer - Stablecoin Platform

Location: Remote - Preference for US but would consider Europe if candidates can work on a slight overlap with EST working hours

Our platform empowers businesses to monetize their digital dollar use cases while maintaining control over their money tech stack. We are seeking an experienced Protocol Backend Engineer to join our growing team and enhance our stablecoin ecosystem and core projects.

You will be instrumental in designing and deploying high-availability, secure solutions for on-chain finance and cross-chain liquidity management. This role requires strong engineering leadership, technical mastery of backend systems, and an understanding of decentralized financial logic. You will also mentor mid-level engineers and drive a culture of excellence and compliance.

We are seeking a Protocol Lead to own the entire smart contract suite, driving robust, scalable risk management for real-world use cases.

As the Protocol Lead, you will have full ownership of the architecture, development, and maintenance of our core smart contract suite. You will be the team's blockchain subject matter expert, defining security best practices, managing audits, and building tooling for seamless integration. This role requires a balance of hands-on coding, security leadership, and cross-ecosystem research (EVM and non-EVM).

This programmable, composable foundation allows builders to create their own application-specific digital dollars. We are seeking a Principal Engineer to take full-stack ownership of the systems that power this creation and distribution.

This role begins as a high-impact Senior Individual Contributor position with broad autonomy to define architecture and set engineering practices, designed to grow into a technical leadership role. You will work directly with leadership to execute a clear, productized system vision. Your focus will be on building the institutional-grade infrastructure that enables automated minting, multi-chain liquidity, and key integrations.

You will be responsible for leading the entire community strategy for the APAC region, focusing on identifying, onboarding, and managing a powerful network of regional advocates and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). This role involves creating scalable systems to activate and track advocate output, driving consistent growth in brand presence and engagement through localized campaigns and coordinated messaging.
