eJam is a fast-growing DTC incubator powering top-performing consumer brands. We're obsessed with testing, iterating, and scaling — and we're looking for a hungry junior developer who's fluent in modern web fundamentals and AI-powered development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and v0.

You'll work alongside our CRO team, designers, and marketing leads in our Santa Ana office to rapidly build and iterate on high-converting landing pages, checkout experiences, and funnel flows. This role is perfect for someone who can move fast, leverage AI to accelerate development, and isn't afraid to learn on the fly.

What You'll Work On

Landing page & funnel development

• Building conversion-focused landing pages from Figma designs
• Custom checkout pages and multi-step funnels using Checkout Champ
• A/B test variants and rapid iteration cycles in a high-velocity testing environment
• Webflow landing page builds and customizations

Tracking & analytics implementation
