That only works if those sources are accurate, healthy and set up properly. Keeping them that way takes careful, hands-on work, and we need someone to help us do it well.

The Role

We are hiring a Content Operations Specialist to keep our source library accurate and reliable for clients. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of an extension.

You will be Keycafe's go-to storyteller. Our product solves a real, everyday problem for dealerships, hotels, property managers, fleets and facilities teams, and our customers have great results to share. Your job is to turn that into a steady stream of clear, credible communications that build our brand, support sales and keep our customers informed.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves to write, can juggle many projects and is comfortable working closely with sales, customer success, product and leadership. We are a small organization that operates globally and you will be asked to think creatively and take on other projects as needed such as running a podcast. 

Key responsibilities

Brand voice and messaging

• Own and maintain Keycafe's messaging framework, tone of voice and style guide
• Translate technical product capabilities (SmartBox, cloud platform, API, integrations) into clear benefits for each audience and industry
• Review customer-facing copy across teams for consistency and quality

Content and storytelling

Azumo is looking for a curious and motivated AI-Powered Marketing Semi Senior Assistant to join our marketing team and help grow the Azumo brand. The role is fully remote across Latin America, aligned to your working day.

The Technical Writer/Editor develops clear, accurate, and accessible content that translates scientific evidence, clinical protocols, and technical information into plain language materials for Veterans, trauma survivors, caregivers, healthcare providers, and the general public.

Working collaboratively with project managers, subject matter experts (SMEs), scriptwriters, video producers, graphic designers, and Government stakeholders, the Technical Writer/Editor ensures all written products are evidence-based, technically accurate, grammatically sound, and consistent with the National Center for PTSD's mission of providing compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive educational resources. Written materials must maintain a serious yet hopeful tone that encourages treatment engagement while communicating complex behavioral health concepts in an understandable and engaging manner.
