About the role:

Reporting to the Director of Process Management & Optimization, the Manager, Process Optimization is the "guardian" of our most critical workflows. You love solving problems, hunting for inefficiencies, and ensuring that our customer promises are kept every single time.

In this role, you will have direct ownership of the lending journey. You will be responsible for ensuring our processes are not only efficient and scalable but also rigorously controlled. We are seeking a motivated Junior Treasury Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. This entry-level position is well suited for recent graduates or candidates with limited work experience who are eager to develop their skills in a professional treasury environment.

In this role, you will work closely with the Treasury team and contribute to core treasury activities across cash management, financial forecasting, and system-related follow-up tasks in our Treasury Management System (TMS).

Your insights and forward-looking ideas will help automate treasury processes and support the organisation globally.
