This role is designed for a senior structural engineer who is ready to transition into a client-facing leadership position, taking full ownership of project oversight and delivery across Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic.

As a Project Manager, you will lead a diverse portfolio of transportation structure projects, ranging from smaller $5M–$10M efforts to large-scale, regionally significant design-build pursuits. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leveraging your deep technical background to guide engineering teams, manage resources, and ensure the highest quality outcomes without the requirement of daily design production.
