This is a highly client-facing consulting role that requires exceptional stakeholder management, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work closely with business leaders to translate operational challenges into scalable AI and automation solutions.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting directly with customers and senior business stakeholders, conducting business process discovery sessions, mapping end-to-end processes, identifying automation opportunities, and driving solution implementation. Strong business process mapping expertise using BPMN and hands-on experience with Camunda are critical requirements for this role.
