PeopleCert is looking for an exceptional and talented individual to join our Invoicing team as Accounting Assistant.
As an Accounting Assistant your tasks will include the following:
- Issue and send invoices to customers
- Process credit memos
- Create and maintain Customer details in Accounting System and Data Warehouse
- Submit invoices to customer platforms
- Update pricelists and discounts in the company’s ERP (accounting system)
- Reply incoming requests and customer inquiries
- Review, analyze, and resolve errors in invoices to ensure compliance with all necessary regulations
- Carry out any reasonably allocated duties and tasks, relevant to the role and the scope of activities by applying a flexible & adaptable customer centric approach to serve PeopleCert’s multinational presence and global operations across multiple time zones
- Adhere to and implement the procedures, policies and work instructions as per the PeopleCert’s Integrated Management System
