We are seeking an experienced Program / Engagement Lead to lead a large-scale enterprise analytics transformation initiative focused on modernizing Plant Performance Reporting across manufacturing operations in the Americas. The engagement involves productionalizing an existing reporting framework, expanding standardized reporting across global manufacturing plants, establishing a scalable Snowflake data foundation, and delivering executive Power BI dashboards that enable data-driven operational and financial decision making.

The Engagement Lead will serve as the primary client-facing leader responsible for overall program delivery, executive stakeholder management, governance, cross-functional coordination, and successful rollout across business and IT organizations.
