In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s applications and data are protected from cyber threats. You will work closely with development teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle, conducting security assessments and mitigating vulnerabilities before they can be exploited. Your work will be crucial in safeguarding critical software systems, helping the company remain resilient against evolving security threats.

Accountabilities:

• Conduct comprehensive security assessments and vulnerability scans on applications, APIs, and other software components.
• Identify and analyze security vulnerabilities and risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Provide guidance and training to development teams on secure coding practices and industry best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and trends to ensure the company’s security posture remains strong.

As a Senior Engineer, you will also have the opportunity/responsibility of being a technical lead for projects and discrete packages of work. This will involve interfacing with the Client and coaching/leading more junior members of the team in delivering technical work.
