Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and manufacturing services via phone, email, and chat in Czech.
- Provide detailed information about product specifications, availability, and pricing.
- Assist customers with order processing, modifications, and inquiries about delivery timelines.
- Resolve any issues or complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system for record-keeping and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay informed about manufacturing trends and product updates to assist customers effectively.
