We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design and build the core backend systems that power our fintech and payments platform. This role requires deep technical expertise in high-scale transaction systems and strong product awareness to deliver reliable, secure, and impactful solutions.

You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our backend services, focusing on architecting, building, and operating systems that handle high-volume financial transactions securely and reliably. You will act as a technical leader, driving feature delivery and raising the engineering bar across the team while ensuring our systems align with business priorities.

Senior/Lead Smart Contract Engineer - Web3 User Acquisition Platform

Location: Remote - US (EST Preferred)

Compensation: $150K - $200K

We are a leading web3 user acquisition platform that has powered onboarding for over 500 protocols since 2021, facilitating over 500 million transactions and serving over 3 million users on 40+ chains. Our platform is infrastructure for major players like Coinbase, Uniswap, and Solana. Backed by $21M in total funding and with a successful native token launched in 2024, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior/Lead Smart Contract Engineer to take ownership of our protocol architecture and security.

You will lead the design and implementation of our smart contract infrastructure for both core and new initiatives. This is a critical, high-ownership role where you will drive protocol architecture, security, and optimization across multiple chains supporting millions of users. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the integrity and gas efficiency of our high-volume systems.

Senior Fullstack Engineer - Web3 User Acquisition Platform

Location: Remote - US (EST Preferred)

Compensation: $150K - $200K

We are a leading web3 user acquisition platform that has powered user onboarding for over 500 protocols since 2021, facilitating over 500 million transactions and serving over 3 million users across 40+ chains. Our platform, which includes gamified activations and unique on-chain credentials, is infrastructure for major players across DeFi, gaming, AI, and NFT ecosystems. Backed by $21M in total funding, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to own end-to-end feature delivery across our core platform and new initiatives.

In this high-impact role, you will take full ownership of major product features from conception through deployment. You will be instrumental in driving architectural decisions for both frontend and backend systems, ensuring performance and scalability across our complex, multi-chain platform. You will collaborate directly with the Head of Product and Founders to shape product strategy, establish best practices, and mentor other engineers.

Location: Remote - Preference for NYC but will accept Remote Europe & USA - would need to overlap EST hours

You will play a critical role in conducting in-depth protocol research, modeling risk parameters, and communicating findings with high-impact stakeholders in the DeFi lending vertical. Location: Remote - Europe or on the East Coast for South America/Canada (No US)

We are building a critical piece of infrastructure that is the first live Minter on a major protocol. Our system transforms real-world collateral, such as U.S. Treasuries, into on-chain monetary building blocks ($M). This programmable, composable foundation allows builders to create their own application-specific digital dollars. We are seeking a Principal Engineer to take full-stack ownership of the systems that power this creation and distribution.

This role begins as a high-impact Senior Individual Contributor position with broad autonomy to define architecture and set engineering practices, designed to grow into a technical leadership role. You will work directly with leadership to execute a clear, productized system vision. Your focus will be on building the institutional-grade infrastructure that enables automated minting, multi-chain liquidity, and key integrations.

APAC Community Lead - Layer 1 Blockchain Performance

Location: Remote - Global Remote - Preference for APAC region: Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, Japan.

Reporting directly to the SVP of Tech Ventures and working closely with the Signal Ventures team, this role will contribute to the growth and success of Signal Ventures.
