Our client is a high-growth, venture-backed organization (YC W24) that has raised over $35M to pioneer the next generation of autonomous digital workers. Unlike traditional chatbots or copilots, our client builds fully autonomous "AI employees" that research leads, manage complex outbound sequences, handle deliverability infrastructure, and self-optimize through behavioral patterns.

Currently at $8M+ ARR and scaling rapidly, the organization is deep in the development of its next-generation platform—a step change in the capabilities of AI agents. The backend is the core of this transformation, processing millions of signals to facilitate autonomous decision-making. Our client is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to serve in a foundational role, owning major segments of the platform infrastructure and driving high-throughput AI orchestration. The engineering culture is flat, high-velocity, and results-oriented. There is no red tape; engineers are expected to own outcomes end-to-end, from architecture and design to deployment and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Embedded Systems Engineer (Backend & Firmware)

Compensation: $180K - $300K

Location: North America preferred (Would consider South America if can work EST working hours)

You will lead the effort to architect scalable solutions, optimize networked device firmware, and drive technical excellence to ensure our distributed network remains the backbone of the open web data movement.

Full Stack Engineer (Founding Focus)

This is a pivotal, high-impact role where you will own the end-to-end delivery of essential product features. You will be responsible for turning a massive volume of complex government data into actionable intelligence for our users.

Compliance Operations Coordinator - Cross-Border Payments

Location: Remote - Based in EST timezone

Compensation: $50K - $80K

We are seeking a Compliance Operations Coordinator to join us on the front lines, taking ownership of the day-to-day execution of critical bank and client compliance requests. You will serve as the essential link between our clients and banking partners, ensuring every compliance requirement is handled quickly and flawlessly to maintain trust and operational integrity. They are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to be a Founding Engineer for building the core data pipeline and user-facing application. You will own the process of transforming a "firehose" of daily government data into useful, browsable, and interpretable insights for defense companies.
