Protocol Backend Engineer - Stablecoin Platform

Location: Remote - Preference for US but would consider Europe if candidates can work on a slight overlap with EST working hours

Compensation: $180K - $250K

We are a pioneering stablecoin platform that provides developers with a superior digital-dollar building block ($\$M$) to extend and create customized stablecoins in minutes. Our platform empowers businesses to monetize their digital dollar use cases while maintaining control over their money tech stack. We are seeking an experienced Protocol Backend Engineer to join our growing team and enhance our stablecoin ecosystem and core projects.

You will be instrumental in designing and deploying high-availability, secure solutions for on-chain finance and cross-chain liquidity management. This role requires strong engineering leadership, technical mastery of backend systems, and an understanding of decentralized financial logic. You will also mentor mid-level engineers and drive a culture of excellence and compliance.

Position Overview

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of robusta's digital transformation programs for a diverse client base across various sectors and industries. This includes managing the digitization of existing operations and processes, as well as activating digital customer engagement channels.

Validator BD Lead - High-Performance Blockchain Infrastructure

Location: Remote - Europe or North America

Compensation: $140K - $150K

We are building the reliability and control institutions demand, and we are seeking a Validator BD Lead to drive the adoption of this critical infrastructure across the validator ecosystem.

As the Validator BD Lead, you will own and drive the validator engagement strategy, serving as a critical, high-ownership role that will shape our go-to-market efforts and partnership model as we prepare for mainnet. You will lead efforts to build relationships with top-tier validators and ensure successful adoption of our infrastructure.

·     Pursue the concept of 'Design for safety, function and practicality / economy of fabrication', in accordance with the DOF Engineering Manual, project BoD, Client expectations, budget and schedule.

·     Understand and apply industry codes / standards required to support specific project or tendering requirements

- including AS / DNV / API / IMCA / AISC etc.

·     Ensure all technical deliverables are concise, legible, accurate and in compliance with DOF standards & templates.

·     Ensure all work is completed in accordance with the DOF Engineering Manual.

·     Own and be responsible for delivery of discrete work packages as allocated by your functional and administrative managers, on time and in budget
