Built on a leading high-performance blockchain, our platform delivers deterministic execution, guaranteed inclusion, and low-latency performance, solving foundational failures that plague current systems. We are building the reliability and control institutions demand, and we are seeking a Validator BD Lead to drive the adoption of this critical infrastructure across the validator ecosystem.

As the Validator BD Lead, you will own and drive the validator engagement strategy, serving as a critical, high-ownership role that will shape our go-to-market efforts and partnership model as we prepare for mainnet. You will lead efforts to build relationships with top-tier validators and ensure successful adoption of our infrastructure.
