Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Service Design Manager to join our Experience Design team. In this leadership role, you will drive the design and transformation of end-to-end services that seamlessly connect digital, physical, and human touchpoints. You will lead service design initiatives, mentor team members, and partner with clients and stakeholders to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions that create measurable business impact.

The Deployment Manager supports software release, deployment coordination, and operational transition activities for the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA). This role is responsible for managing integrated release activities, coordinating deployments across multiple environments, ensuring compliance with VA release management processes, and facilitating communication between development, testing, operations, and regional office stakeholders.

The ideal candidate possesses strong experience with IT service management (ITSM), software deployment coordination, release management processes, and enterprise operational support within a federal government environment.
