Role Summary:

We are seeking a Head of Product (Investment) to lead the "Supply Side" of our platform. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our Investment Portal—from the algorithmic logic that allocates capital to mortgage loans, to the dashboard where investors track their yields.

You are not just a manager; you are a builder. You will gather requirements from our Investment Committee and Treasury team, analyze complex financial flows, and translate them into crystal-clear User Stories for our engineering team.
