The Finance Director will lead the financial strategy required to achieve Final Investment Decision (FID) and secure long-term financing for a multi-billion dollar nuclear new-build project.

The role is accountable for coordinating the total cost estimate, ensuring cost credibility at AACE Class 2/3 level, structuring the financing plan (ECA-backed and sovereign-supported), and establishing robust governance of project financial risk, contingency, and exposure management. This position ensures that cost, risk, schedule, and financing are fully integrated into a lender-grade and regulator-credible investment case.

Key Responsibilities

1. Secure Project Financing and Funding Strategy

• Lead the definition and execution of the financing roadmap up to FID
• Structure and coordinate funding solutions including Export Credit Agency (ECA) backed financing, sovereign guarantees, state support mechanisms, and commercial debt.
• Support negotiations with international ECAs, commercial lenders, financial institutions, and government stakeholders.

About the role:

The Director of Cybersecurity & Information Security will provide specialized expertise and guidance on assessing risks, monitoring risks, identifying potential gaps, and providing security solutions to mitigate risks and protect Financeit in Canada and in the US. The main purpose of the Recruitment Manager is to be the main point of operations for recruitment-related responsibilities and tasks and to be committed to delivering the human resources needed for our company to function. This includes managing, overseeing, and taking charge of our Recruitment Division, coordinating recruitment efforts, taking ownership of our hiring funnels, and managing our recruitment resources.

The Recruitment  Manager must possess excellent leadership and management skills as they are responsible for overseeing, training, mentoring, and managing our Recruitment Division. The right person must be able to effectively manage the performance, output, and needs of all professionals in our Recruitment Division. In addition, this role requires you to be highly structured, efficient, organized, reliable, and approachable while having excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, especially in a remote work environment. 

The Recruitment Manager will report directly to the Vice President and work closely with other departments to ensure that all recruitment needs are met and related processes and queries are optimized and attended to.
