Business Analyst / Project Manager

As part of our digital‑transformation agenda, we are looking for a hands‑on Business Analyst / Project Manager to join the Technology & Innovation Department. You will work across the full project lifecycle—capturing business needs, translating them into actionable plans and orchestrating delivery—to ensure technology initiatives align with strategic goals, add measurable value and comply with relevant industry best practices and standards.
Role Overview:
You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams—defining requirements, coordinating resources, managing risks and driving continuous improvement. Expect to own multiple projects simultaneously, steering cross‑functional teams while measuring outcomes against clearly defined success criteria.

We are seeking a highly qualified IT Project Manager to oversee complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations for a European Commission project in Luxembourg.
