An ideal person would have experience in business solutioning within the Pharma & Life Sciences space, encompassing not just DE, BI, or GenAI, but also one who can apply solutions from both a technical and business perspective. We see a proactive professional who is more interested in engaging in meaningful conversations with clients, resulting in increased business opportunities. You will have a dual responsibility of managing and growing existing accounts, as well as generating new leads/business in the Pharma & Life Sciences space. The role

As a Supply Chain Customer Care Representative at ALUMIL, you are located at our headquarters in Kilkis and you will be the primary point of contact for customers throughout the supply chain process. Your responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive top-notch service by managing their inquiries, order processing, and providing updates on delivery schedules. You will play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty while collaborating with various departments, including Sales, Logistics, and Warehousing.
