Reporting to the Director of Process Management & Optimization, the Manager, Process Optimization is the "guardian" of our most critical workflows. You love solving problems, hunting for inefficiencies, and ensuring that our customer promises are kept every single time.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – Finance & Lending Systems to lead the strategy, design, and execution of Soar’s financial infrastructure. This role is responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle of financing, payment, settlement, and reconciliation systems. The successful candidate will work at the intersection of lending, payments, regulatory compliance, and banking integrations within the Saudi market. Total Resourcing Ltd is seeking an Expert in Planning and Scheduling to spearhead the development and management of comprehensive project schedules for complex engineering projects, specifically within the Nuclear sector. In this pivotal role, you will utilize your extensive knowledge of planning tools and methodologies to ensure timely delivery of project objectives while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Manager Planning and Scheduling reports directly to Project Controls Director and has as main responsibilities:

·Ensuring the development, analysis and issuance of the integrated plan, schedule of all activities for the long-term refurbishment outage.

· Preparation of schedule reports and updates to be issued at regular intervals.
