Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the COA strategy across clinical development programs.
• Ensure the patient perspective is incorporated into study design and endpoint selection.
• Select, develop, and validate appropriate COA instruments (PROs, ClinROs, ObsROs, PerfOs).
