VHA supports and provides medical care for VA’s eligible beneficiaries through the VA health program, which includes VA Medical Centers (VAMCs) and contracted health care networks. The Office of Clinical Informatics within the Office of Health Informatics (OHI), Digital Health Office (DHO) advances the enterprise standard of care and patient experience using improved data, tools, and informatics processes organized around continuously delivering value to its customers. This is achieved through Lean-Agile delivery of clinical practice solutions that support best practice standards for clinical care. OHI is further responsible for ensuring the success of the modernized VA EHR, Oracle Health Millennium/Cerner through continuous exploration, integration, deployment and release on demand of Integrated Health Technology (IHT) solutions. These efforts aim to increase Veterans' access to care and support their active participation in their healthcare. Gritter Francona is looking for a Lead Human Factors Engineer to help support a potential project to assist this objective.

Staff Smart Contract Engineer

Lead Protocol Engineer - HyperEVM DeFi Trading Infrastructure

Location: Remote - Preference for EST time zone or candidates that can overlap with EST

Compensation: $200K - $300K

We are building the next generation of DeFi trading, leveraging decentralized technologies to democratize access to global financial markets. As the largest builder product on our core platform, we have processed north of $50 billion in cumulative trading volume and achieved eight figures in revenue in the past year. We are a small, highly technical team focused on results, and are seeking a Lead Protocol Engineer to architect and scale our smart contract infrastructure on HyperEVM.

You will be the technical owner and lead protocol developer, responsible for the design, implementation, and deployment of smart contracts on the HyperEVM. This role is ideal for a strong individual contributor who thrives in a low-process, high-trust, and ambiguous 0-to-1 environment. You will be building DeFi primitives and trading infrastructure designed to scale to millions of traders and billions in daily volume.

Credit Risk Manager

The Credit Risk Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of credit exposure across the group’s chartering, broking, financing, and other transactional activities. The Credit Risk Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining credit limit protocols and individual counterparty limits, as well as management of interest-charging policy and practice, credit default identification, escalation, and reporting. The function requires close coordination with Finance colleagues on outstanding receivables and receipts, as well as with Legal on recoveries and commercial teams on mitigations and strategy.

1. Credit Risk Operations

 

-          Develop, implement, and maintain a robust credit risk policy accounting for counterparty types, transactions, regions, and sectors.

-          Monitor and enforce credit limits for counterparties, ensuring compliance with internal thresholds.

-          Develop and implement policy on application of interest terms in contracts.

-          Identify and escalate defaults and potential defaults.

-          Consult with relevant stakeholders on mitigations and recoveries.

-          Maintain a centralised tracking system for credit exposures, overdue accounts, and recovery efforts.
