Account Manager - E-commerce Marketing Agency

The main purpose of the Account Manager is to manage their assigned clients and their stores by planning, briefing, monitoring, and executing marketing campaigns aimed at driving conversions and sales.

This includes managing, overseeing, and taking charge of the client-agency relationship for all the clients that have been assigned to you. It also includes developing and executing marketing strategies, handling client communications, writing client reports, and communicating the client’s marketing needs to other team members. You will be responsible for supplying the information your team needs to ensure that all marketing campaigns are written, designed, and executed as well as possible. Your goal as an Account Manager is to assist your clients in meeting their revenue goals using the products and services of our company.

The Account Manager will report directly to the Head of Account Managers, the Account Managers’ Leads, and the Service Director while working collaboratively with other departments.

Director of Marketing Operations & Marketing Technology

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a Luxury Hospitality Management Company based in Cyprus, a Director of Marketing Operations & Marketing Technology, who will report directly to the Board of Directors and work in close collaboration with the Director of Business Development, the Director of Corporate Affairs & Communication, and the General Managers of the Hotels. He will be responsible for building, managing and optimizing the marketing operating infrastructure across the Company’s luxury hotel portfolio.

This role ensures that the marketing strategy set by leadership is translated into structured, measurable and scalable execution across all properties. The position carries full accountability for marketing operations, marketing technology, vendor governance and team development, supporting portfolio growth and operational excellence.

This role may operate under a hybrid working model, combining on-site presence with remote work, subject to business needs.
