Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to educational products, services, and e-learning platforms via phone, email, and chat in Estonian.
- Provide information on course offerings, enrollment procedures, and learning resources.
- Assist users with technical issues, account management, and troubleshooting within the e-learning systems.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently, striving for high customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with instructional and technical teams to enhance the customer service experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates to offer informed support to customers.
