The Role

Zyte is looking for a Head of IT to lead our internal technology function into the AI era. This is emphatically not a helpdesk-manager role: at Zyte, internal IT is an engineering and enablement discipline. What you’ll actually do day-to-day:

You will own the full recruitment cycle — from understanding the hiring manager's needs and building a sourcing strategy to interviews, offers, and candidate acceptance.

The role involves working with a wide range of positions across Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other business functions.

We are looking for someone who is already confident in independent recruitment, knows how to find passive candidates, and wants to grow further in international and complex hiring.

As Brand Director, you own the brand end to end: brand strategy, creative direction, content and community. You will work in a pair with a Consumer Research Manager hired alongside you — the two of you produce the brand strategy and the baseline the whole brand function will be measured against.
