Gritter Francona, Inc. is seeking a versatile Management Analyst to manage multiple initiatives and lead project management and project control/planning activities across various business process modeling and information modeling projects. This role may also include overseeing and managing strategic planning and multi-year programming, coordinating the activities related to capability management boards, ensuring effective communication and alignment of strategic goals, and providing comprehensive project management support. This role will serve as the primary client-facing lead and will oversee the successful delivery of program management support for an enterprise ITAM effort focused on strengthening asset accountability, lifecycle management, governance, reporting, and operational visibility.

The Program Manager will coordinate directly with government program leadership, manage project execution, monitor schedules and deliverables, oversee risk and issue management, and ensure clear communication across stakeholders.
