Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Design System Designer to expand and scale an enterprise-grade Design System supporting the MIB2 program. This role is ideal for a hands-on system thinker with strong experience in scaling design systems across multiple platforms and aligning multiple design vendors under one unified framework.

Summary:

We're seeking a Principal UI Designer to own and evolve the visual foundation of our design system. In this specialized role, they'll craft the core components, patterns, and visual language that empower product teams across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain design system components including buttons, form fields, navigation, data visualizations, and all reusable UI elements
• Build contextual design patterns that combine components into repeatable solutions for product use cases
• Establish and manage visual design tokens: color palettes, typography scales, spacing systems, elevation, and other foundational styles
• Design interaction patterns and motion behaviors for components across different states and transitions
• Create clear visual and contextual hierarchies that guide users through interfaces
• Collaborate with design system engineers to ensure designs translate seamlessly into code
• Create comprehensive documentation including usage guidelines, component variants, states, and design rationale
• Evaluate and respond to component and pattern requests from product teams
• Ensure all components and patterns meet accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Maintain visual consistency and quality across the entire design system

Lead Frontend Engineer - Decentralized Trading Platform (New York / Full-Time)

We are seeking a Lead Frontend Engineer to take complete ownership of the client-side architecture for our core trading interface. • Contribute to both backend (NestJS) and frontend (NextJS) systems by designing and building scalable, secure, and maintainable features, while leading architecture decisions across services, APIs, and cross-stack boundaries. 

• Champion clean code, modular design, and testability through active contribution, reusable components, and mentoring. 

• Drive system-level decisions around performance, observability, and scalability, and ensure alignment between product goals and technical implementation.

Our flagship protocol connects tokenized assets and high-quality stablecoins to enable 24/7, real-time, compliant capital movement across blockchains. We are seeking a Front-End Engineer to design and build the user experiences that power institutional DeFi, working with production partners including major financial institutions.

You will lead the development of user interfaces for our protocol's web and mobile products and dashboards, spanning swaps, liquidity management, and analytics. This role requires translating complex blockchain and financial interactions into beautiful, intuitive, high-performance interfaces for sophisticated financial users. You'll join a small, high-velocity team, shipping code daily and defining the future of on-chain institutional finance.

Our solution allows users to comment on their trades and see the trade comments of others, turning trading into a high-frequency social activity. We are backed by world-class investors and are seeking a highly experienced Staff Frontend Engineer to build and scale our mobile and web applications.

This is a high-impact role requiring deep experience in building and scaling complex mobile and web applications that power high-frequency social interactions.
