Lead Product Designer (Web3/DeFi)

Location: $150K - $200K

Compensation: Remote - US/Europe/Latam/Dubai but must have 5hrs overlap with EST

Join a well-funded, expert-led team building the unified yield engine for the crypto economy. We are creating the platform that intelligently reallocates assets across Decentralized Finance (DeFi) protocols to maximize returns. This is a foundational, fully remote role to own our user experience, brand, and design system from the ground up.

As the Lead Product Designer, you will have immense ownership, responsible for shaping the design of the next generation of our platform. You will build extraordinary, simple, and delightful experiences in a complex Web3 ecosystem. Own the end-to-end UX/UI design process for both desktop and mobile applications within DAS and NAS.

Define and document scalable UX frameworks, design guidelines, and best practices for use across teams.

Skills :

10+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful work on both desktop and mobile platforms.

Proven experience developing and refining UX processes and systems in complex environments.

Demonstrated ability to translate business and user needs into elegant, intuitive digital experiences.

Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability best practices.

Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools.

Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments.
