In this leadership role, you will drive the design and transformation of end-to-end services that seamlessly connect digital, physical, and human touchpoints. You will lead service design initiatives, mentor team members, and partner with clients and stakeholders to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions that create measurable business impact.

We are hiring on behalf of our client who is seeking a highly skilled and autonomous Staff Frontend Engineer to lead the technical evolution of its primary application surfaces. Our client provides an institutional-grade yet highly accessible trading application that abstracts away the complexities of on-chain operations—such as external wallets and bridging—enabling seamless, instantaneous asset access alongside advanced social trading features. Within its first year of operation, the platform has successfully onboarded over 500,000 users and executed more than $3.5 billion in total trading volume.

The successful candidate will join an elite, lean engineering organization comprised of crypto-native talent drawn from top-tier decentralized finance (DeFi) and digital asset protocols. This individual will take comprehensive ownership of both the mobile application architecture (developed with Expo) and the web application infrastructure (built utilizing React Router and Vite). As our client scales its core product offering to support novel order types, decentralized perpetuals, prediction markets, and sophisticated social layers, this role provides significant cross-stack flexibility and foundational architectural ownership.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager. who serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical execution PODs, translating WM requirements into actionable user stories.

Responsibilities

• Agile Governance: Leads daily delivery governance and manages cross-pod dependencies between pods for  1. Client Onboarding/Integrations and 2. Case Management/Platform).
• Release Management: Owns the release-driven Gantt chart, ensuring the five staggered releases land according to backlog readiness and Client's business priorities.
• Risk & Change Management: Proactively identifies project risks (e.g., WiseOS dependency or data model constraints) and designs mitigation strategies to prevent scope creep.
• Executive Liaison: Chairs the Steering Committee and manages commercial "NTE" (Not-To-Exceed) rails, ensuring Savant leadership has transparency into budget and project health

Today, making changes to our marketing sites requires engineering support. That bottleneck slows down testing, kills momentum, and means conversion opportunities sit on the table. We're moving to Webflow as the source of truth for our marketing sites, and we need someone to own that transition and everything that follows.

The Role

You'll report to the Director of Design but sit on the Growth team day-to-day, working alongside the entire Growth team including the Technical Growth Manager, the CRO Specialist, data analysts, SEO, Paid, and content. Your job is to make our marketing sites fast to change, beautiful, on-brand, and optimized for conversion — without needing an engineer every time something needs to move.

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner – Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) to lead the delivery of digital initiatives including websites, portals, and customer-facing platforms.

You will work closely with Business Analysts, UX/UI teams, Scrum Masters, and engineering teams to translate business needs into build-ready requirements, manage backlog priorities, and ensure high-quality digital experiences are delivered.

Experience in destination or mixed-use digital programs (tourism, culture, retail, hospitality, real estate) is a strong plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Frontend Engineer, you will be working as a member of a software developer team delivering new features, which are part of Harbor Lab’s Software-as-a-Service offering. Our cross-functional teams handle both front and back-end related tasks. Moreover, you will be writing automated tests, as well as investigating bugs and providing fixes. Collaborating with other engineers, product managers and designers will be part of your day-to-day work. You will also be participating in the team’s Sprint ceremonies. 

Our engineering team plays a pivotal role in the success of our company, and contributing to delivering high quality work on time is a key factor in achieving our goals.
