  • Organize, promote, and support the company’s participation in conferences, presentations, and events, including those hosted in the showroom.
  • Welcome and consult showroom visitors, providing functional guidance on products and registering leads in the CRM system for follow-up.
  • Ensure the smooth daily operation of the showroom and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.
  • Monitor and report on marketing activities and showroom interactions.

Front Desk Officer

  • Maintaining the office front desk and receiving calls on the front desk
  • Database Management – Maintain all the leads in excel format
  • Use scripts provided to inform the clients about product’s features and present their benefits.
  • Calling leads generated from Events, Digital campaigns, Direct calls, showrooms etc.
  • Segregating the leads
  • Assigning the filtered leads to the sales team
  • Follow up on the leads with the sales team
  • Preparing a report on the salient leads and achievements
  • Attending to customer grievances and passing it on to the technical team
  • Answering incoming calls from prospective customers
  • Maintaining the inventory of the marketing material
