The Logistics Support will work in the Supply Department and assist the Accountable Property Officer with documentation and accountability of minor property, sub-minor property, and capital assets in the APSR (i.e. Defense Property Accountability System, Navy Enterprise Resource Planning, etc.). Performance requires the Contractors to operate a Hyster, diesel powered, 6,000 lb. capacity, pneumatic tire, forklift, and to unload deliveries physically by hand and pallet jacks.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics and Warehouse Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and logistics functions. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods, while maintaining accurate records and contributing to a safe and organised working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
  • Carry out deliveries to/from suppliers and clients.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock control.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
