About the role:

The Bilingual Client Success Specialist is responsible for working with our newly approved merchants to train and coach them on the Financeit product and to provide customer support for existing merchants primarily in the Quebec market. The mission of this role is to get new merchants ramped up and generating consistent volume while solving loan related issues with existing merchants. 

Gritter Francona is looking to hire a Customer Service Technician to support a contract with the Veterans Affairs.

A Customer Service Technician will respond to technical issues escalated by customers. This position will act as a liaison between operations, the client, and Engineering/Development. You are able to respond to end user request for assistance using existing manuals and scripted responses.  Must be able to effectively interact with customers and be able to refer ongoing issues to the appropriate engineering support team.

Financeit is seeking a deeply analytical, strategic, and execution-focused Director, Pricing to own our product economics. In this role, you will apply rigorous quantitative analysis to our most critical business challenges, directly owning unit economics, margin health, and pricing frameworks across all lines of business.  

As a vital leader, you will combine a general manager mindset with conceptual thinking to build pricing engines that dictate our market competitiveness and top- and bottom-line growth. The Marketing Designer is responsible for creating compelling visual communications that elevate the Planar brand and support marketing, product, sales enablement and demand generation initiatives. Working across digital and traditional media, this role develops creative assets that translate complex display technologies into engaging visual experiences for customers, partners and industry audiences.

The Sales Development Representative represents Hustler Marketing to potential new clients and drives new business through proactive outbound. You build and work your own pipeline through a multi-channel outbound strategy, then take those opportunities through discovery and sales calls to closed deals. The focus is selling our digital agency services primarily to DTC brands.

As part of the Sales Team, you run outbound campaigns, deliver strong discovery and sales calls over Zoom/Google Meet, and represent Hustler Marketing in the best possible way. You source, qualify, and prepare future clients, then carry them through the sales conversation yourself.

This is a hands-on role across the full sales process, so a thorough understanding of our services is essential. It calls for strong sales skills, creativity, comfort with data, and real fluency with modern outbound tooling and AI. You’ll also maintain regular communication with merchants to keep them informed and engaged up until their account is onboarded.
