Credit Controller

Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, the Credit Controller will be responsible for general administration and the processing of credit checks and calling customers to discuss their outstanding debts or failed payments.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Calling customers daily to discuss payment of returned direct debit payments, payment for outstanding debts and customers who have cancelled the direct debit instructions.
  • Dealing with application forms.
  • Contacting customer regarding the Exposure on the fuel cards and expired credit limits.
  • Dealing with additional card orders, card limits and change of details.
  • Other ad hoc duties include, understanding of cleared balances to keep accounts open, working with credit insurance brokers and credit rating agency.
  • Dealing with customer queries in a professional, courteous and timely manner. Then recording all customer information on emails or calls received to maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
  • Interacting with the Sales Team regarding customer fuel card accounts, recording details on our in-house systems, email and phone.
  • Liaise with the Credit & Collections Supervisor regarding sending letter before actions and payment plans.
  • Any other duties as may be reasonably required.

Vos missions principales :

Au sein de l’équipe Qualité & Pharmacovigilance, vous prenez en charge la gestion complète des audits PV des filiales. À ce titre, vos responsabilités sont les suivantes :

  • Réaliser les audits de Pharmacovigilance auprès des affiliés
  • Rédiger les rapports d’audit PV de manière claire, rigoureuse et conforme aux exigences réglementaires
  • Évaluer, valider et suivre les CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) jusqu’à leur clôture
  • Conduire les audits sur la base de questionnaires PV documentés, intégrant l’examen des preuves (fiches de poste, formations, procédures, etc.)

  • Participer à l’amélioration de la qualité des données via des actions de contrôle, de vérification et de nettoyage
  • Soutenir le suivi opérationnel des études cliniques en collaboration étroite avec les ARC
  • Appliquer les protocoles d’étude et les Bonnes Pratiques Cliniques (BPC) afin de garantir la fiabilité et la conformité des données
  • Travailler en interaction directe avec le manager ARC et l’équipe clinique, dans un environnement collaboratif et transverse
