IT Help Desk Technician

The IT Help Desk Technician provides Level 1 and 2 support for technology devices and applications in the workplace. The role is responsible for timely resolution of incidents and requests received at the Help Desk. The Technician is responsible for provision, build and configuration of company issued devices and those that are in our facilities. They are responsible for initial triage, support and resolution of application incidents and provisioning requests. The technician adheres to IT Service Management (ITSM) processes through consistent logging and resolution of tickets logged in the system. They will maintain workplace device inventory, prepare reports and work on custom projects for business users. The role requires a high level of interaction with business users and IT teams with a mindset to go above and beyond to enable superior customer experience.
