Dans le cadre de l’accroissement de la flotte de notre client, nous recherchons un Superintendent expérimenté pour rejoindre ses équipes à terre.

Rattaché(e) au département technique, vous serez le référent opérationnel et technique d’un portefeuille de navires. Vous veillerez à assurer leur disponibilité, leur performance et leur conformité réglementaire.

Vos missions incluront notamment :

• Pilotage technique et budgétaire : suivi des dépenses, validation des achats, planification et optimisation des approvisionnements.
• Suivi des opérations navires : préparation et coordination des arrêts techniques, supervision des interventions en escale et carénages, sélection et encadrement des prestataires.
• Conformité réglementaire et sécurité : garantie du respect des normes HSE, ISM et exigences de classe et de pavillon, participation active aux inspections et audits.
• Suivi terrain : visites régulières à bord, contrôle de l’état technique des navires, reporting précis à la direction sur les performances et besoins opérationnels.

Requirements

Formation d’Ingénieur (mécanique/navale) ou Brevet Capitaine / Chef Mécanicien.
