The Research Analyst will provide research and analytical support to the IT-Non-IT Workgroup (ITW) within the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). This role is critical in facilitating the IT and non-IT-related initiatives by offering comprehensive research, analysis, and report preparation for decision-making.

Through three structured sprints, the implementation will align people, processes, and systems, operationalize the new organizational design, and ensure seamless integration of key functions. Using a phased framework—Plan, Pre‑Assess, Assess, Implement, and Evaluate—workstreams will follow a consistent, coordinated approach that drives measurable progress toward Initial and Full Operating Capability.

This potential work will be a hybrid work schedule with work being done at the VHA Central Office and remotely.
