VA is migrating to the Momentum cloud solution, configured for VA as Integrated Financial and Acquisition Management System (iFAMS) and hosted in the VA Azure cloud. VA is gaining increased operational efficiency, productivity, agility, and flexibility from a modern enterprise resource planning (ERP) cloud solution. The new system also provides additional security, storage, and scalability. We are looking for a Momentum Technical SME to support this project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement a financial and acquisition management system for a Cabinet Level Agency.
  • Provide technical direction and guidance in the performance of analysis, requirements and development, and implementation of Momentum.
  • Make recommendations on system improvements in the following specialties as they pertain to Momentum: information systems architecture, modeling and simulation.
  • Provide technical, managerial, or administrative direction for functional domains related to IT systems and projects.

Organizational Change Management SME

VA is gaining increased operational efficiency, productivity, agility, and flexibility from a modern enterprise resource planning (ERP) cloud solution. The new system also provides additional security, storage, and scalability. We are seeking a Change Management SME to support this potential project.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The Organizational Change Management SME shall assist the Government by providing recommendations as to implementation timelines for the remaining implementation areas: VBA Compensation and Pension, VBA VR&E, VBA Insurance, VHA remainder of Central Office, VHA VISNs and VHA Medical Centers, as well as Enterprise Acquisitions based on requirements.

Requirements

  • 5 years supporting large complex cabinet level agencies
  • 5 years supporting organizational change management communications for large complex Enterprise Resource Planner (ERP) implementation
  • Certified expertise in training, change management, and communications
  • 2 years of Momentum experience

Deputy Program Manager

VA is gaining increased operational efficiency, productivity, agility, and flexibility from a modern enterprise resource planning (ERP) cloud solution. The new system also provides additional security, storage, and scalability. We are seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support this potential project.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the Program Manager in managing the overall performance, quality, schedule and cost of the contract.
  • Support the FMBT Program Office in executing their program management activities.
  • Planning the Department's transition to the iFAMS solution, preparing for the governance process reviews and assisting with communications across the capabilities of the iFAMS solution.

Requirements

  • Active PMP certification
  • Prior experience managing a large program at VA.
  • 15 years’ experience in areas related to finance, acquisition, and technology
  • Successful experience in implementing a large complex financial and acquisition management cloud-based solution for a Cabinet Level Agency.
  • Experience leading a Momentum implementation.
