As our operational needs evolve and our supplier ecosystem expands, we are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Category Lead to take ownership of strategic spend categories and drive long-term value across the organization. This role combines strategic procurement leadership with strong analytical capability, supplier governance and cross-functional alignment.

 

Role Overview:

The Procurement Category Lead owns and manages specific spend categories, ensuring optimal supplier strategy, cost efficiency, contract performance, and compliance. The role goes beyond transactional procurement, focusing on long-term category planning, supply-market intelligence, supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation.

As part of our growing operations, we are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team in Athens. This role will support all procurement operations, back-office activities, and PCR (Purchases, Contracts & Requests) workflows to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective procurement processes.

Role Overview:

The Procurement Officer will support the full procurement cycle — from purchase requisitions to supplier communication, documentation, and delivery follow-up. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple activities in a fast-paced operational environment.

This position works closely with the Procurement team and internal stakeholders to ensure all procurement and administrative tasks are executed efficiently, while maintaining compliance with company policies and environmental industry standards.

As part of our growing operations we are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our Ritsona Facility. The role involves overseeing and coordinating on-site projects, supervising contractors, ensuring compliance with project timelines, and contributing to the daily operations of the facility.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Supervisor will act as a field engineer, ensuring that project execution within the facility meets technical, safety, environmental, and operational standards. This role also includes active participation in day-to-day plant operations, fostering collaboration between teams, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
