Our client is a well-funded, profitable YC-backed startup (YC W22) modernizing the $12 trillion global construction industry. They solve a massive problem: connecting fragmented, siloed software systems—many of which are 20-40 years old, on-prem, and lack modern APIs. They build proprietary APIs to connect these systems and wrap them in a modern UI to automate critical work, like syncing financial data between job sites and accounting offices. The company has over 200 paying customers, is cash-flow positive, and is backed by investors like Accel and leaders from Procore and Autodesk.

They are seeking a world-class New Grad Software Engineer who loves simplifying complex systems, unifying fragmented data, and building high-scale backend systems.
