• Fleet & Equipment Management
• Παρακολουθεί καθημερινά τη διαθεσιμότητα του στόλου οχημάτων, βυτιοφόρων, φορτηγών, γερανοφόρων, hook-lifts, skip loaders, tank trucks και λοιπού επιχειρησιακού εξοπλισμού.
• Συντονίζει την κατανομή οχημάτων και εξοπλισμού στα έργα, τις λιμενικές εγκαταστάσεις και τις επιχειρησιακές βάσεις της εταιρίας.
• Διαχειρίζεται το πρόγραμμα συντηρήσεων, επισκευών, ΚΤΕΟ, αδειών και ασφαλιστηρίων.
• Παρακολουθεί την απόδοση, τις βλάβες και το downtime του στόλο
• Logistics Coordination
• Οργανώνει μεταφορές αποβλήτων, εξοπλισμού και υλικών μεταξύ λιμένων, εγκαταστάσεων επεξεργασίας και εργοταξίων.
• Συντονίζει τις απαιτήσεις μεταφοράς για έργα διαχείρισης αποβλήτων, περιβαλλοντικής αποκατάστασης και emergency response.
• Συνεργάζεται καθημερινά με Operations, Port Operations, Waste Management, HSE και Procurement.
• Compliance & Reporting
• Εξασφαλίζει τη συμμόρφωση με νομοθεσία μεταφορών, ADR, περιβαλλοντικές και λιμενικές απαιτήσεις.
• Παρακολουθεί δείκτες απόδοσης στόλου (KPIs).
• Συντάσσει εβδομαδιαίες και μηνιαίες αναφορές κόστους, καυσίμων, διαθεσιμότητας και αξιοποίησης εξοπλισμού.
• Υποστηρίζει ελέγχους ISO, HSE και εσωτερικούς ελέγχους συμμόρφωσης.

Financeit is looking to add a Financial Accountant to our team!  In this role, you’ll have ownership of day-to-day accounting activities, build a strong understanding of our consumer lending operations, and support accurate, timely financial reporting. Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Accounting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting for the assigned business perimeter.
• Coordinate month-end close activities in NetSuite, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger processes.
• Ensure accurate accounting and reconciliation of mining revenue.
• Support external audits and coordinate with local accounting and tax advisors.

Tax & Compliance

• Support US Sales & Use Tax and B&O Tax reporting processes.
• Assist with Corporate Income Tax compliance and tax-related reporting.
• Coordinate payroll tax compliance across relevant jurisdictions.
• Partner with the US CFO during month-end and year-end close activities.

Budget Control & Cost Management
