Staff Software Engineer - Backend & AI Infra

Remote | Full-time

Our client is a high-growth technology firm. They are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to spearhead two critical domains: the core agent runtime and backend infrastructure powering a high-frequency trading fleet, and the comprehensive migration of model hosting and agent deployment to in-house, proprietary infrastructure.

This is a foundational, high-impact building role. The successful candidate will design and implement the backend services, runtime engines, and deployment systems that enable a fleet of autonomous agents to operate with superior speed, reliability, and intelligence. By moving away from third-party LLM providers and hosted platforms, this role will establish the sovereign infrastructure necessary for the next generation of autonomous financial software.

Key Responsibilities

Agent Runtime & Backend Development

Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with more than a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services, helping clinicians monitor the use and misuse of prescription medications and illicit drugs. The testing is used by healthcare professionals to obtain objective information about patients’ recent use of prescription medications and/or illicit drugs and helps monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans.

The Scheduler plays a key role in ensuring efficient operations by managing scheduling, staffing, and administrative tasks. This position is responsible for coordinating logistics, supporting compliance, and providing administrative assistance to the field management team. It is essential for the incumbent to be knowledgeable about all relevant client requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare administration and clerical support, demonstrate initiative, excel in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, and embody MH company values.

The Customer Service Advocate (CSA) works in a Service Center environment and is the primary point of contact for inbound calls, Live Chat inquiries, and customer support cases. The CSA’s daily objective is to provide a superior customer experience by collaborating with multiple cross-functional operations teams to resolve customer issues.  Customer support tasks include, but are not limited to: new client set up, account and specimen management, clinical and billing support, shipping, equipment, and supply inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess healthcare administrative and clerical support experience, be a self-starter, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

• Contribute to writing the study synopsis, protocol, and all study‑related documents (CRF, patient information sheet, informed consent form, safety reports, clinical reports).
• Prepare and supervise regulatory submissions to competent authorities (ANSM, CPP, CNOM, and international equivalents).

• Auxiliar ou substituir o cozinheiro, preparando refeições como café da manhã, sobremesas e lanches.
• Seguir as orientações do manual de boas práticas para preparação e higienização.
• Cumprir com as normas de segurança e higiene, utilizando uniformes e Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs) conforme exigido.
