Job Overview

We are currently partnering with a strategic client in the UAE and are actively expanding their team. We are looking for a skilled Optimizely Developer who will spearhead the technical aspects of building a portal project, working closely with a Senior Project Manager, Solutions Architect, and Product Owner.

You will guide the development team, managed by a Scrum Master, in implementing Optimizely solutions that meet project requirements and business goals. Your expertise in Optimizely’s suite of products will be crucial in architecting, developing, and optimizing a high-performing, scalable portal.

What you will work on

• Tinker with models constantly to squeeze quality out of them: prompt iteration, reference images, character consistency, lip sync
• Build and refine the generation workflows and prompt libraries the whole team runs on
• Test new models on release day, benchmark them, and tell us which one wins for which job
• Generate performance video ads with the newest models: Veo, Seedance, Kling, Sora, and whatever drops next
• Bring editing judgment to everything you generate: you know what a finished ad needs, so your outputs arrive usable instead of almost usable
• Work directly with the Created AI product team; what you learn shapes what we build

About the Role

UK-based | Permanent | Occasional Offshore Travel

Location: Aberdeen/Glasgow preferably willing to relocate to Aberdeen

We are looking for an experienced Party Chief / Senior Surveyor who is looking to progress beyond offshore survey operations and develop towards a Project Management role, while retaining occasional involvement in offshore and nearshore projects.

The Role

The successful candidate will combine technical survey responsibilities with increasing involvement in project planning, client liaison, tendering, documentation and project coordination.

The aim is to provide a clear progression:

Party Chief / Senior Surveyor → Project Surveyor → Project Manager

The position offers a balance between office-based project responsibilities and occasional offshore trips, providing the opportunity to remain connected to field operations while developing broader project management experience.
