The Mission: We are looking for a proactive engineer to help us scale our high-load platform. Your focus will be a mix of stability, performance engineering, and new feature development. If you enjoy working with distributed systems and conducting performance-based R&D, you’ll fit right in.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of commercial experience with Python;
  • Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures;
  • Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar);
  • Experience designing scalable backend systems;
  • Good written English (for documentation and communication);
  • Native Ukrainian (spoken and written);

Would be plus

  • Experience with non-relational databases (Cassandra, Redis/KeyDB, etc.);
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
  • Experience working with high-load or distributed systems.
