We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Researcher to join our team, reporting directly to the Vertical Lead for Lending. You will play a critical role in conducting in-depth protocol research, modeling risk parameters, and communicating strategic findings to clients and the broader community, helping shape strategic research across high-impact DeFi projects.

The Researcher will be responsible for conducting rigorous quantitative analysis and providing expert commentary on emerging Decentralized Finance (DeFi) protocols and products.

DeFi Analyst - Risk Management & Market Safety

We are looking for a highly capable Smart Contract Engineer (Rust) to join our core engineering team and shape the technical backbone of our protocol. Our platform helps optimize risk management and capital efficiency while safeguarding user funds for protocols managing billions of dollars in assets.

You will report directly to the Oracle Team Lead and play a critical role in developing data-driven dashboards and tools to support risk analysis. You will collaborate closely with research and protocol teams to deliver high-quality frontend and backend components that power crucial protocol security insights.

This role requires a high degree of ownership and technical expertise across the full stack.

The Tech Compliance Data Clerk plays a key role in supporting the DSI technician onboarding process. This position is responsible for accurate data entry, timely communication, and thorough compliance tracking for technicians across multiple Tech Offices. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining clear, consistent communication with both internal teams and external partners.

Your Mission & Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a proven Director to manage and grow our government sales vertical specifically focused on State & Local government agencies. 

The State & Local Director role demands a strong and proven track record in seeking out and building relationships with end users, consultants, architects, general contractors, contract vehicle holders and industry influencers. In addition to building and executing on a sound goto market strategy, while managing a team of business development managers. The ideal candidate must bring a high level of business expertise, technical knowledge and/or education, an established end-user contact list, and resourcefulness to facilitate a strong business development process that leads to new projects and opportunities.
