We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Subsea Cables to join our Project Delivery team. In this role, you will support new project tender acquisition and project execution within DOF’s Construction Service Line, with a particular focus on cable installation and cable repair projects within the offshore renewables sector.

You will be responsible for managing assigned cable project scopes, coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality, cost and schedule.

Jr. Trainer

Gritter Francona is looking for a Jr. Trainer that will support the development, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of training and educational activities associated with the Elevated Risk Care Management (ERCM) Pilot. The position will help prepare clinical and operational staff to effectively adopt and implement new care coordination processes designed to improve suicide prevention-related care for Veterans at elevated risk.

The Jr. Trainer will support training activities throughout the pilot lifecycle, including Concept, Explore, Design, Implement, Evaluate, and Spread phases. Working under the direction of senior training, implementation, and program personnel, the Jr. Trainer will assist with assessing training needs, developing customized learning materials, coordinating training logistics, delivering instructor-led and web-based training, evaluating training effectiveness, and maintaining training records.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills, an understanding of healthcare delivery, and the ability to translate complex program and clinical requirements into clear, practical learning experiences for diverse audiences.

In this role, you will be a key contributor in ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, maintaining competence requirements across the fleet, supporting training initiatives and further developing our competence management systems. You will work closely with crew managers, course coordinators, HSEQ personnel and operational teams across the DOF Group.

The Liaison will act as a fulcrum between Training, Change Management, Adoption, Communications, Informatics, & Training stakeholders/activities and the central deployment team - ensuring consistency and repeatability in EUE execution across multiple hospital deployments at different stages in their transition. This role also requires the liaison to proactively address risks, resolve issues, and act as the 'glue' between multiple stakeholder groups.

Significant client interaction is involved, and some travel can be expected for key onsite events. Intermediate change management, training, stakeholder engagement, written and verbal communication, and project management skills are needed to be a successful.
