Location: San Francisco, CA (In-person)

Compensation: $150K – $200K • 0.10% – 0.25% Equity

We believe that the way engineering output is measured today is fundamentally broken. Our mission is to build the definitive platform for understanding and improving how engineering teams work. By leveraging modern AI, we provide teams with a far more accurate and actionable view of productivity, impact, and collaboration—moving beyond vanity metrics and surveillance toward better engineering outcomes.

As our Founding AI Engineer, you will be responsible for building the intelligence that understands the nuances of software engineering work. You aren't just implementing models; you are building the processes and standards that will define our technical foundation. You will work directly with our CTO (MIT alum, founding engineer background) and CEO (experienced sales leader) in a high-intensity, $4.2M seed-funded environment.
